The Role:
As an Operations Planning Analyst for Deckers EMEA, you will be a key link in the Operations Planning team, driving insights to balance demand and supply at the DTC level to improve service of in-season activities.
You will assess service performance to identify continual improvement opportunities and operating risks. In conjunction with the Planning Operations Manager, you will propose and deliver digitization initiatives supporting the planning pillar within EMEA Operations.
Your role will involve analyzing, interpreting, and reporting service trends, making recommendations to ensure an optimized approach to planning operations.
You will have operations experience (Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning or Customer Ops) as well as good experience with data dashboards and knowledge of or exposure to using programming language.
