I am excited to be working with a fashion-retail client in the heart of London, undergoing massive growth and they are currently looking for a Planning Operations Analyst to join their team (hybrid).

In this role, you’ll play a key part in balancing demand and supply at the DTC level, improving in-season service and driving continual improvement. You’ll lead departmental reporting and analytics, delivering clear insights while supporting greater automation. By animating performance metrics and identifying risks, you’ll provide actionable strategies that enhance decision-making and strengthen operational excellence.

In this role,

You will:

• Analyse inventory data, demand trends, and forecast variance to identify risks and optimise supply chain performance.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve efficiency, resilience, and consistency across supply chain operations.
• Track and report key KPIs, providing data visualisation and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with EMEA and Global teams to drive best practices, standardisation, and robust reporting solutions.
• Partner with demand planning and support the Planning Operations Manager in delivering short- to mid-term operational plans.

About you:

• 3+ years experience in planning or logistics or operations
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI or Tableau); SQL, Phyton is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and quick learner
• Excellent organisational skills & ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
