A public sector organization in Nottingham is seeking a Planning Officer to assess planning applications and advise on sustainable development. The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in urban planning and knowledge of UK planning legislation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement and competitive compensation.
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, two posts
Worker Type: Hybrid Worker
Salary: Starting Salary is £35,235 (level one) rising to £37,035 (Level four) per annum (pro-rata for part-time) Pay Award Pending plus a current additional £5,000 market supplement
Location: Loxley House, Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3NG
