About the Role

A leading organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Planning Officer. This is a key coordination role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing schedules, logistics, and customer communications.

As a Planning Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting a network of production units, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of services. Your work will directly impact the success of daily operations and overall service performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily production schedules and courier deliveries across multiple sites.
  • Monitor and manage order inboxes using the corporate ordering system.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external customers to communicate order statuses, delivery updates, and potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders placed and fulfilled to support invoicing and compliance.
  • Provide real-time shipping updates and resolve logistical issues as they arise.
  • Support operational continuity and contribute to process improvements.
