Planning Managing Associate – TCPA focus – London

This highly rated planning practice has a rare opportunity for a development focussed Planning Solicitor to join them as either an Associate or Managing Associate. This practice has a great reputation for providing an all-round service, but this role will have a focus on development planning.

The incoming lawyer will work on a range of high-profile development planning projects on behalf of institutional real estate clients and investors. It is envisaged the incoming lawyer is likely to be between 4 – 8 years qualified.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate will help streamline internal processes and ensure the firm keeps pace with the evolving world of legal tech. Responsibilities will include evaluating and testing new products, rolling them out across the practice, and delivering training to colleagues.

A genuine interest in innovation and a solid understanding of how advancements in AI can benefit the planning sector are required. Candidates may currently be working at another law firm, in-house, or within a local authority.
