A leading company in construction seeks a Planning Manager to oversee project planning and resource allocation in Aberdeen. Planning Manager – Project Planning and Resource Allocation – Construction Projects

Planning Manager is required to join one of our clients in the East of Scotland to support ongoing project planning and resource allocation. The role is a permanent position and is offering a salary ranging between £70,000 and £75,000 + benefits.

Due to an influx of secured tenders, you will be responsible for workforce planning, equipment and materials planning along with scheduling and coordination. You will also be involved in budgeting and cost control, reporting and risks and issues as and when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction project planning and coordination.
  • Degree educated or equivalent in a construction related field.
  • Certified in Prince 2 / PMP
  • Use of project tools like MS Projects.
