Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• MRTPI status (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and residential planning policy.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing major planning applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress a pipeline of short, medium, and long-term residential planning applications.
• Lead the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and associated documents.
• Work collaboratively with Land, Technical, and Commercial teams to maximise land opportunities.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with local authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor and influence emerging local plans and planning policy.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on planning risk and opportunities.
• Represent the company at planning committees, appeals, and public consultations.

What You'll Be Doing
