Working: Hybrid
Salary: £45,000 – £75,000 Flexible DOE
I’m currently working with a highly regarded specialist strategic land business that is looking to strengthen its planning team with an experienced Senior Planner – Associate Director-level professional (Planning Manager).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine background in strategic land who wants to take their career into a business where planning is central to the success of the organisation.
The role would suit candidates coming from either a planning consultancy or client-side/development background, provided you have strong experience of promoting strategic land through the planning system.
You’ll play a key role in identifying, promoting and progressing strategic land opportunities, working closely with landowners, local authorities, consultants and other professional teams to maximise the development potential of sites.
At the more senior levels, there will also be the opportunity to take a wider leadership role within the planning function, helping shape planning strategy, mentor colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
I’m keen to speak with planners who have proven strategic land experience, whether that has been gained within a planning consultancy, house builder, developer or land promotion business.
This is a chance to join an established strategic land business with a strong specialist planning team and an impressive portfolio of land promotion projects.
The business has a strong focus on professional development and long-term career progression, with opportunities to develop your responsibilities in line with your experience and ambitions.
