I'm currently working with a highly regarded specialist strategic land business that is looking to strengthen its planning team with an experienced Senior Planner - Associate Director-level professional (Planning Manager).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a genuine background in strategic land who wants to take their career into a business where planning is central to the success of the organisation.
The role would suit candidates coming from either a planning consultancy or client-side/development background, provided you have strong experience of promoting strategic land through the planning system.
You'll play a key role in identifying, promoting and progressing strategic land opportunities, working closely with landowners, local authorities, consultants and other professional teams to maximise the development potential of sites.
