Planning Manager - Enterprise Change Management

A large UK Financial Services organisation is looking to add a Senior Planning Manager to their Enterprise PMO team at the start of an exciting enterprise programme transformation.

In this key role, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering the planning approach across a wide portfolio of programmes, helping drive success across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Senior Planning Management experience within a Financial Services company
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement with Jira and Confluence
• Experience in implementing automation tools, ideally PPM solutions
• Knowledge of benefits realisation
• Leadership experience with junior Programme Planners
• Familiarity with Microsoft BI, SharePoint

Additional Info:

• Hybrid working: 6-8 days per month in the office
• Salary: Around £90,000, plus an excellent benefits package
