The Programme Manager will join the Pre-Development team, a vital part of the business that supports land, commercial, buying and build functions. This role ensures the successful programming, monitoring, and delivery of tenders and live residential projects.
Reporting to the Head of Pre-Development, you'll be responsible for coordinating internal teams, managing external consultants, and driving programme performance. The role involves regular collaboration with technical, commercial, and construction colleagues, as well as board-level reporting.
