We're now looking for a Planning Manager.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE:

  • Working closely with the customer and in collaboration with the Operations Manager to devise a long-term strategy that meets customer demands, whilst considering site capacity and resource planning.
  • Leading the Planning Team, setting clear expectations, standards, objectives, and R&As, to manage the sourcing of stock and materials to achieve KPI targets and ensure continuous material flow to the production team.
  • Leading regular internal planning meetings, attending daily PDs to review and act upon daily conformance to plan, and supporting all customer-related planning calls.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO:

  • Have proven experience in operational and production planning.
  • Familiarity with co-packing is desirable, though not essential.
  • Are capable of thriving in a challenging and dynamic work environment.
