What You Will Do

1. Lead and manage a team of 5 Production Planners and 4 Material Planners to ensure seamless operations.
2. Oversee and optimise all production and material planning processes to drive efficiency.
3. Focus on achieving key performance indicators, including OTIF (on-time in full), arrears reduction, and inventory management.
4. Leverage your expertise in ERP systems to streamline planning and resolve tactical performance issues.
5. Foster collaboration and teamwork to address challenges and enhance operational performance.

What You Will Bring

1. Proven experience in production and material planning, with a strong understanding of planning fundamentals.
2. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and galvanise a team to achieve ambitious goals.
3. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (IFS experience is a bonus but not essential).
4. A results-driven mindset, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements in operational performance.
