A leading law firm is seeking a locum planning lawyer to join their Cambridgeshire-based local authority service. This part-time role offers hybrid working and calls for an experienced solicitor or barrister qualified in England and Wales, with expertise in s.106 agreements. Successful candidates will be able to start within a 2-week notice period.
LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority shared service based in Cambridgeshire for a locum planning lawyer on a temporary basis, beginning with a 3-month contract to start as soon as possible.
Please note this is a part-time role of either 3 or 4 days per week.
This client is seeking an experienced planning lawyer who can work on section 106 agreements confidently. It would be beneficial if you are also able to cover planning committee very occasionally.
This role will be hybrid/remote with occasional meetings and/or training required in the office. Otherwise, home working is available.

The salary guidance from the client for this role is up to £50-£60/hour umbrella dependent on experience.
