A local recruitment agency is seeking a Locum Planning Lawyer to support a local authority in the southwest region for 9-12 months. The position involves covering various Planning law areas and allows primarily remote working, with monthly committee attendance required. Ideal candidates should have experience in Planning law and effective caseload management.

The caseload will cover all areas in Planning including s106 obligations, development management, planning enforcement, local plans and community infrastructure levy
The role will offer 9-12 months to cover a period of maternity leave and can allow predominantly remote working, although committee attendance is required on a monthly basis.
