A public sector client is seeking a Senior Planning Solicitor to provide legal advice on planning and highways law for an interim duration. The role involves drafting legal documents, representing the Council in courts, and supervising junior staff. Ideal candidates will be qualified legal professionals with strong experience in planning law. The position offers a competitive pay of £45-£60 per hour.
Are you a qualified legal professional with a passion for planning law and public service? One of my public sector clients is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Planning Solicitor to join their Litigation and Planning Team on an interim basis. As a Senior Solicitor, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services across the Council, with a focus on Town & Country Planning, Highways, and related litigation. You'll provide expert legal advice to officers and elected members, represent my client in court and at committees, and contribute to shaping planning policy and practice.
This role is paying between £45-£60 per hour, and will be offered on a 3-month rolling interim basis.
