We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Planning Team as a Planning and Improvement Manager, reporting to the Head of Planning and Improvement.
You will collaborate with leaders to implement our new 3-year transformation plan. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds with experience in strategy, transformation, or operations, whether from the public sector or consultancy. Healthcare/NHS experience is advantageous but not mandatory. You may already hold an operational/managerial role or be seeking your first strategy position.
The role involves supporting the planning and execution of our new Interface Care Division, which aims to transform urgent care delivery. Responsibilities include driving system-wide transformation, developing strategies, fostering collaboration, and innovating care models like the FNC +Plus care model, virtual hospital, Electronic Triage, and Rapid Assessment and Care (RAaC) units.
This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with organizational leaders and teams to ensure strategic alignment internally and with system partners where applicable.
