Poundland is looking for a Planning / Safety Co-Ordinator to join our team at the Harlow Distribution Centre. You will support warehouse operations by managing recruitment, coordinating training, maintaining health and safety compliance, and ensuring facilities are operational.

This role involves working closely with the H&S and Planning Manager, liaising with various departments to ensure the DC remains operationally efficient and compliant with legal standards.

Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong organisational skills across multiple processes.
  • H&S qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and record-keeping.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, problem solver.
  • Experience in delivering or coordinating training advantageous.
