The Role

• Providing expert planning advice
• Handling Section 106 agreements
• Advising landowners, developers, and local authorities
• Negotiating high-value contracts

You'll work closely with a senior team member, managing a varied caseload across sectors such as environmental and retail.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, NQ-5 years of PQE
• Experience in a Real Estate/Planning-focused training contract seat or qualification in Planning
• Ambition to work within a leading Top 100 law firm
