JLegal is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate for its Planning, Environment & Sustainable Development team in Perth. This role involves complex planning, environmental, and regulatory matters supporting major projects across Australia.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience (PAE) as either Associate or Senior Associate.
• Background in planning, environment, property or administrative law.
• Confidence in navigating complex regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning and development matters including applications and appeals.
• Provide environmental and regulatory advice across State and Federal frameworks.
• Conduct due diligence and give strategic advice on major projects.
