Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is assisting an international law firm in Edinburgh to recruit a Senior Planning Lawyer for its Real Estate and Planning team. You will handle planning matters across residential, commercial, infrastructure, environmental and waste sectors, including contentious work in Judicial Review and Lands Chamber proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE with post-admission experience in planning, a track record on major infrastructure and real estate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ PQE with post-admission experience in Planning matters.
• Experience across major projects in Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors.
• Renewable energy experience and knowledge of Town and Country planning would be advantageous.
• Experience in planning and highway agreements.

Our client, an international law firm, is currently seeking a Senior Planning Lawyer to join its highly regarded Real Estate and Planning team in Edinburgh. The team manages a variety of complex tasks across residential, commercial, infrastructure, environmental, and waste sectors, including contentious work in Judicial Review and Lands Chamber proceedings.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with post-admission experience in Planning matters, encompassing a diverse range of major projects within the Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors. Experience in renewable energy and knowledge of Town and Country planning would be advantageous, as well as experience in planning and highway agreements.
