Based near Ipswich with flexible hybrid working, this role puts you at the centre of a nationally significant programme - where every milestone matters.

Roles We’re Hiring For

• Planning Engineers – Create and manage project schedules across work packages
• Senior Planners – Lead schedule strategy, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Planning Managers – Own planning functions across full project or programme lifecycles

️ What You’ll Be Doing (Depending on Level)

• Build and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6
• Structure plans using best-in-class WBS, planning logic, and earned value controls
• Align delivery across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and provide strategic schedule mitigation
• Drive planning governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Facilitate planning reviews, workshops, and high-level performance insights

What You Bring

Experience in project planning on infrastructure, energy, or regulated projects (nuclear ideal)

Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and planning frameworks

Familiarity with NEC contracts, earned value, and gated delivery processes

Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset

Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

UK with active security clearance or the ability to obtain it
