Job summary

Halton Borough Council is looking for a planning professional to join the Planning and Development Management team, handling enforcement cases, processing planning applications and consents, and negotiating Section 106 agreements.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, provide guidance to junior colleagues, and support sustainable growth across the Borough. The role is 37 hours per week with a generous benefits package.

• Deal with a range of enforcement cases and process planning applications and associated consents, Section 106 negotiations, professional analysis and appraisal, policy formulation and with planning appeals.
