They are a renewable energy developer focused on battery projects, with experience in solar and wind projects. They utilize cutting-edge technology to create a greener, more sustainable future.
As a Director within the Planning function, you will oversee renewable energy projects from feasibility to delivery. You will build and lead a team, supported by external consultants providing high-quality planning advice.
Applicants should have significant planning experience in renewable energy projects, ideally in battery, solar, and/or wind sectors. A desire to manage projects of varying size and complexity is essential. As a Chartered Town Planner, you will be the primary contact for all planning inquiries and provide detailed planning knowledge for land acquisition assessments related to renewable energy schemes. Experience in both Public and Private sectors is preferred, with a strong commercial attitude towards progressing planning applications.
You can be based in Edinburgh or Northern England, with at least 3 days per week working from home or on project sites.
