Planning Director

Vantage is a global leader in data center development, delivering high-performance and sustainable infrastructure solutions. We are seeking a Planning Director for EMEA to oversee project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination for our large-scale data center projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage master schedules to ensure on-time project delivery.
2. Coordinate with internal teams (design, construction, procurement) and external partners (contractors, vendors, consultants) to align project timelines.
3. Mentor and develop a team of schedulers/planners to enhance scheduling practices.
4. Lead schedule-related discussions with customers and stakeholders.
5. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain project momentum.
6. Provide real-time updates, forecasts, and risk reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
7. Utilize scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project) to track progress and optimize workflows.

Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
2. P6 experience.
3. Expertise in scheduling software and critical path management.
4. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
5. PMP certification is a plus.

The role demands extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, combined with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies.
