Overview

Right Now Group are looking for a Planning Coordinator to join our clients busy Planning Team in Sunbury.

If you have experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination and are looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this could be the ideal role for you.

Job Title: Planning Coordinator

Location: Sunbury

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000

Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance activities to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Assign PPM tasks to Service Engineers while supporting Regional Planning Teams with scheduling for Reactive Engineers.
  • Partner with field managers to drive efficiency and improve engineering team performance.
  • Build strong relationships with Key and Non-Key Account customers, ensuring contractual PPM SLA targets are achieved.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to maintain compliance and service standards.
  • Keep customers updated with clear communication on ETAs, changes, or rescheduled visits.
  • Maintain and update the internal planning platform.
  • Engage with engineers daily to oversee workloads, resolve issues, and ensure smooth scheduling.
