Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Planning Coordinator who is looking to further their career in a Planning Environment, within our busy and dynamic Customer Service Team in the Traffic Management Sector. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate to succeed within the role and to expand their knowledge within the business.

The successful candidate would be subject to a 3 month probationary period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with clients and councils, collating all information required to successfully complete the request from the client
  • Recording and collating of information, entering into our in-house REPS system
  • Electronic filing of correspondence
  • Quoting, booking in, overseeing and closing down of jobs relating to your specific clients

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and individuals will be expected to perform different tasks as required by the overall business objectives as it continues to evolve and grow

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 with 30 minutes for lunch (40hrs per week)

Salary: £27,000.00 to £30,000.00 dependent on experience
