Bupa is seeking a Planning Co-ordinator to enhance its Learning and Talent Acquisition team. This full-time role offers a flexible work environment, with key responsibilities including data analysis, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytic and problem-solving skills to facilitate effective decision-making.

The role
The Planning team is an integral part of the Learning and Talent Acquisition team supporting the Bupa Global, UKI and Functions portfolio to maintain high quality learning and recruitment. As Planning Co-ordinator you will monitor current performance, carry out analysis of historic data, calculate effects of strategic or procedural changes, forecast work volumes, recommend staffing needs, identify opportunities to maximize utilisation of resource and supply performance data.
