The role

The Planning team is an integral part of the Learning and Talent Acquisition team supporting the Bupa Global, UKI and Functions portfolio to maintain high quality learning and recruitment. As Planning Co-ordinator you will monitor current performance, carry out analysis of historic data, calculate effects of strategic or procedural changes, forecast work volumes, recommend staffing needs, identify opportunities to maximize utilisation of resource and supply performance data.

You’ll help us make health happen by

  • Identify process recommendations to improve adherence and that they are working collaboratively with the Team Managers
  • Manage the detailed resource planning and scheduling process
  • Ensure timely and accurate analysis of previous performance data relating to work volumes, productivity levels, staffing availability and seasonal variances to facilitate informed future forecasting
  • Provide support and guidance to the facilitators during workshops, including delegate management and feedback collection on specific planning issues
  • Accountable for the production of accurate daily, weekly and monthly forecasting and resourcing reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate analysis is conducted on historic performance data relating to both internal workloads and the impacts of learning supplied

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role

  • Background in planning in the global market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge
  • Ability to disseminate large amounts of information and provide clear and commercially sound recommendations
  • Exposure to project work including demonstrating successful process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to use analytic programs to a proficient level i.e. Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Problem solver who takes ownership for tasks and overcomes barriers and finds solutions
