Job Description:

We are currently collaborating with our client, an international law firm, on a Senior Planning, Consenting Energy & Infrastructure role within the firm’s Planning & Environment Team.

The team is one of the largest dedicated planning teams in the UK, overseeing major projects across sectors like infrastructure, energy, and real estate. The role involves advising on high-profile energy projects, including offshore wind, solar, interconnectors, pipelines, carbon capture, nuclear, energy networks, and infrastructure.

Applicants should have at least 3 years’ PQE with extensive planning experience, preferably in large regional or national practices. Knowledge of the Electricity Act 1989, Town and Country Planning Acts, and Planning Act 2008 is desirable. Candidates qualified in Australia or New Zealand are also considered.
