Role Overview

As a Planning Support Specialist for Mental Health Remote Services, you will assist the resource planner with diary and resource management.

What You'll Do

Manage diaries accurately and promptly.

Contribute to service goals and delivery targets.

Maintain accurate records.

Align schedules with existing plans for Mental Health Remote Services.

Create new diary templates.

Support the Resource Planner in implementing schedules across multiple diary systems.

Regularly engage with the resource planner and operational management team to address changes, such as overtime.

Schedule 1:1s for frontline staff.

Implement training diaries for new starters.

Coordinate with agencies to ensure shifts are released according to agreed SLAs.

Assist Operational Support Advisors with cancellations as needed.

Attend weekly planning meetings with the operational management team to discuss proposed changes and assess their impact with support from the Resource Planner.

What You'll Bring

Proficiency in verbal and written communication.

IT proficiency, including the use of Microsoft Office systems.
