Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Planning Associate/Senior Associate to join a leading Planning & Environmental team in Southampton. The role involves advising on major infrastructure projects and complex development schemes for developers, landowners, investors and infrastructure providers.

You will gain exposure to Development Consent Orders, planning applications and appeals, and Section 106 agreements, with high-value real estate, energy and infrastructure transactions.

Qualifications

• Applications from lawyers with strong planning experience and a commercial approach.
• Exposure to Development Consent Orders, planning applications and appeals.
• Experience with Section 106 agreements and high-value real estate/infrastructure transactions.

PQE Level: 3+ PQE

Working Hours: Full-time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Planning Solicitor to join a highly regarded national Planning & Environmental team. Working across major infrastructure projects and complex development schemes, you will advise developers, landowners, investors and infrastructure providers on a broad range of planning matters.

The role offers exposure to Development Consent Orders, planning applications and appeals, Section 106 agreements, and planning support on high-value real estate, energy and infrastructure transactions. You will work closely with experienced colleagues while enjoying significant client contact and responsibility.
