The team advises major developers, energy companies, utilities, and public sector bodies on high-profile DCO and major project mandates. Responsibilities include supporting partners in delivering energy & infrastructure projects, handling development consent orders (DCO), compulsory purchase and compensation matters, planning applications and appeals, s36 consents, marine licenses, EIA and HRA, public inquiries, roads law, judicial reviews, asset protection, and some real estate and energy transactions. You will collaborate with colleagues across the firm, including in Real Estate and Energy teams.
