Job summary

The West End firm is seeking a Planning Associate (1–5 PQE) to join its established Planning team, working with two planning partners on complex development matters across London and the UK.

You will gain exposure to planning strategy, Section 106/278 agreements, planning applications and development projects, while receiving mentoring and opportunities for progression within a highly regarded Real Estate practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning law and planning appeals
• Strong drafting and negotiation capabilities
• Ability to build and manage client relationships with developers and landowners

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning strategy for residential and commercial developments
• Draft and negotiate planning agreements and infrastructure documentation
• Assist on planning applications, conditions, and obligations
• Support development and regeneration projects and related planning appeals
