Vella Recruitment is seeking a Senior Planner or Associate Planner to join a dynamic planning consultancy in Leeds. Youll work alongside experienced planners, economists, design and heritage consultants on a diverse range of projects.

The role requires 3+ years of Town Planning experience, RTPI status or progression, and the ability to manage multiple projects while navigating the planning process. Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office.

They are a multi-disciplinary working together across planners, socio-economics, architects, designers and other specialist consultants. The team focuses on strategic planning projects, planning applications and land promotions for residential developments across the Northern region of the UK.

🔎 WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

3+ years of experience in Town Planning, ideally within a planning consultancy. You will be Chartered (RTPI) or working towards it. Have previous experience working on multiple projects at any one time and have clear understanding of the planning process.
