Job summary

Job&Talent is recruiting for a Planning Assistant in Anwick to coordinate production workflows and improve operational efficiency. You will work on a continental 2/2/3 shift pattern and support KPI performance through careful planning and resource allocation.

The role requires strong numerical ability, MS Excel proficiency and excellent communication skills, with desirable knowledge of SAP and FMCG/manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Able to work on own initiative.
• Excellent logic and numerical skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflows to maximise efficiency.
• Plan and prioritise operations to meet KPI targets.
• Determine resources such as manpower, equipment, ingredients and packaging.
• Maintain administrative accuracy within the production environment.
