Job Description:

Role: Planning and Logistics Manager

Reports to: Senior Operations Manager

Location: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating order planning into the production schedule for bulk, retail, oat, and drink products, ensuring timely and complete logistics of pickups and deliveries through effective communication and planning.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan all orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
• Liaise with third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging and products.
• Maintain accurate stock records on SAGE 200.
• Communicate with the senior Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department to update sales forecasts.
• Manage logistics companies to meet delivery requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Investigate and resolve delivery complaints.
• Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate.
• Perform other duties as required by the business.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Sage 200.
• Data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of BRC standards.
• Experience monitoring KPIs such as Order in Time in Full, Warehouse GMP Audit, and Orders produced in time and in full.
