You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are planned into the bulk/retail/oat/drink production plan. Ensure that the logistics of all pickups/deliveries of customer orders are undertaken on time and in full by means of effective communication and planning.

Your responsibilities

Key aspects of the role include:

1. Ensure that all bulk/retail/oat drink orders are planned into the production plan to meet customer delivery dates on time and in full.
2. Liaise with local and international 3rd Party packers, including logistics, to ensure that drinks packaging is delivered on time and in full.
3. Maintain an up-to-date and accurate stock holding on SAGE 200.
4. Communicate effectively with the senior Operations Manager and Finance to maintain suitable stock levels based on sales forecasts.
5. Coordinate with the Sales Department to maintain an accurate sales forecast.
6. Manage logistics companies effectively, ensuring all delivery requirements are met to guarantee customers receive deliveries on time and in full.
7. Investigate delivery complaints raised by customers.
8. Ensure all customs documentation is correct for all export deliveries.
9. Perform any other tasks reasonably required by the business.

Skills and experience

This role requires the following technical skills and experience:

1. Experience working with Sage 200.
2. Ability to analyze data.
3. Knowledge of BRC requirements and associated standards.
4. Achievement of KPIs: Order in Time in Full (Daily KPI), Warehouse GMP Audit (Weekly KPI), Orders produced in time and in full against the plan (Daily KPI).

This role also requires the following personal attributes:

• Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
