Role Overview

The Planning and Logistics Leader will focus on delivering materials and production, impacting business success through strategic influence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team to execute large-scale targets.
  • Drive business performance improvements in cost and service.
  • Collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage a function with either global scope or a large local team.
  • Ensure operational excellence across supply chain processes.
Skills and Experience
  • Extensive planning and supply chain experience, including S&OP processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Data analytics proficiency and process digitization experience.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
