  • Draft and negotiate Section 106 agreements and planning obligations.
  • Attend Planning Committee meetings on a rota basis.
  • Advise on complex development proposals, including major regeneration schemes.
  • Handle planning appeals, enforcement matters, and judicial review challenges.

  • Station Quarter Regeneration – Play a key role in one of the most significant urban regeneration projects in the East of England
  • Strategic Development – Handle complex planning applications and development agreements that shape sustainable growth
  • Section 106 Expertise – Negotiate and draft agreements that deliver essential infrastructure and community benefits
  • Planning Committee Advocacy – Opportunities to influence decision-making
  • Infrastructure Delivery – Work on highways and transport projects that connect communities and enable economic growth

What You'll Do

  • Manage a diverse caseload of planning and highways matters
