Angling Direct PLC in Norwich is seeking a Commercial Insights Analyst to join our growing team. You will analyse sales and operations performance, support forecasting and planning, and provide insights to maximise sales, stock efficiency and profitability.
You'll transform complex data into actionable recommendations and help develop automated, AI-driven reporting. A data-focused mindset, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and retail analytics experience are essential.
Location: Norwich (Hybrid Working Available)
Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours per Week
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience

Following strong business performance, including UK store sales growth of 15.4%, online growth of 21.2% and overall revenue growth of 17.0%, we're looking for a commercially minded and data-driven Commercial Insights Analyst to help support our next stage of growth.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, offering hybrid working flexibility around our Norwich Head Office. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insight, helping shape strategic decisions and driving operational performance across a fast-paced retail environment.

You will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable recommendations while supporting the business in developing more automated and AI-driven reporting capabilities.
You'll be naturally curious, highly analytical and comfortable working with large volumes of data. You'll enjoy solving problems, identifying trends and communicating findings in a way that drives action.
