We’re hiring for a Planning Account Manager. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering multi-channel media planning across multiple markets. You’ll be responsible for managing campaigns, client communications, insights development, and operational processes that directly support our mission to create meaningful connections and drive positive impact for our clients. Work with and support the Planning Director and Business Director in planning across all media channels
Coordinate and manage global media planning, ensuring consistent implementation of strategy across markets
Provide cross-channel media recommendations across several brands, grounded in data and insights
Act as a key point of contact for the client. Attending and presenting regularly at client meetings, confidently speaking on a variety of topics
Deliver and manage client status reports, ensuring timely progress of all projects
Act as the liaison between planning teams and activation teams to ensure quality and adherence to service level agreements
Support campaign reporting, ensuring key learnings are captured and applied in future planning
Experience in media planning and client service, managing campaigns from start to finish
Solid knowledge across AV, paid social, display, programmatic, and paid search
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, with strong organisational skills
Proficient in media tools like Adintel, TGI, GWI, and Mintel
Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable interpreting data and providing clear, strategic insights
Previous experience managing junior team members is a plus
