Job description

Annual salary: up to £27,846.00

Planner

Peterborough

42.5 hours per week 8am-5pm Monday -Friday

Full-Time, Permanent, £27,846 Per Annum

As a planner working with our client Cross Keys, your primary responsibility is to manage follow-on appointments raised by the client. This involves ensuring that each job is scheduled appropriately, allocating the correct amount of time, and assigning the right operatives to carry out the work. The planner will closely monitor the progress of each job, identifying any additional works that may be required and ensuring these are addressed promptly. They are also responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and keeping an eye on any overdue works to maintain service standards and client satisfaction.

Key Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a Planning/Admin role.
  • Good organization skills
  • IT literate.
  • Good Communication skills.
