We are the largest provider of repairs and maintenance, and regeneration services across the UK. Mears provides tailored rapid-response and planned maintenance services through partnering arrangements with more than 70 local authorities, Arm’s Length Management Organisations, and Housing Associations.
About the Role:
As a Planner, you will work in a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. This contract covers Crawley council within the social housing sector.
Your responsibilities include administrative duties, WIP management, handling calls and emails, raising repairs, planning works, ensuring operatives have a full diary of jobs daily, liaising with operatives and sub-contractors, and planning follow-up work as needed.
