Cambridge – Cottenham,

£27,077.51 Per Annum. 42.5 Hours Per Week.

About the Role:

We are now seeking a Planner to join our team; delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.

As a Planner, you will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Responsive Repairs team. You will work with all trades: Plumbers, Multi Trade, Roofers, Plasters, Electricians & Ground Works; scheduling works orders through our in-house appointments system, allocating repairs works to trade operatives whilst ensuring a safe & high performing customer-focused service is maintained.

Role Criteria:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role or Planning
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT Literate
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ideally social housing experience

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21, have held your licence for over 3 months, and have less than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
