Join a fast-paced, international team shaping tomorrow’s climate solutions.

At LFB UK, we don’t just build climate systems — we deliver comfort, efficiency, and innovation across industries. As part of LFB EMEA we are supporting clients in sectors like retail, telecom, data centres, leisure, and hospitality. With 1,100 employees across 11 European countries, our reach is global, but our team spirit is local. At our Bradford office, you’ll find a supportive, informal work environment with short lines of communication and a shared drive to deliver excellent results.

We are currently looking for an organised, proactive, and energetic Planner to reinforce our Service department in the UK. If you're someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering top-quality service, this is the role for you.

Your Role: Mastering the Art of Service Coordination

In this role, you'll become the beating heart of our Service team, responsible for organising and optimising the working days of our field engineers. You’ll be the key contact point for both internal and external stakeholders when it comes to maintenance, repairs, and urgent callouts. That means every day will be a little different — and that’s exactly how you like it.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling short- and long-term planning for service engineers across the UK
  • Managing urgent service calls on an ad hoc basis
  • Ensuring all required materials are available on-site by coordinating with Purchasing and suppliers
  • Processing service orders and completing all associated administrative tasks
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and service engineers for all things related to planning, logistics, and service
  • Continuously setting and adjusting priorities to ensure both customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our service delivery

You will report directly to the Sales Office Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams. Our planning team works collaboratively — we’ve got each other's backs and help out wherever needed.

What You Bring to the Team

We’re looking for someone who combines strong coordination and communication skills with a cool head and a can-do attitude. You should enjoy keeping all the plates spinning — and making sure none of them fall.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or a similar logistics function
  • A commercial or technical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Strong customer focus, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a proactive approach to challenges
  • A flexible, team-oriented attitude with a no-nonsense approach
  • Good humour and a bit of self-reflection — we’re a hardworking team that doesn’t take ourselves too seriously

What You’ll Get from Us

We believe in giving our people the tools they need to grow. At Lennox, your voice matters and your impact is visible. Here’s what we offer:

  • A dynamic, international work environment in a close-knit, no-nonsense team
  • A role where you can make a real contribution to the success of our service operations
  • Access to exclusive products and a respected customer base
  • Opportunities for personal development through training and coaching
  • A competitive salary and excellent fringe benefits including 25 days holiday
