Job DescriptionColliers Planning Team offers expert planning consultancy services to clients across the UK. With a strong reputation and experience in the planning market, we work on a broad range of strategic projects, including current involvement in three new Garden Villages. This role offers the opportunity to work on an exciting mix of projects across England and Scotland, covering all scales and sectors, and serving a diverse array of clients
We are currently looking to recruit a skilled and talented Planner to join our team in Edinburgh. This is a unique opportunity to be part of large-scale planning projects nationwide, while being based in Scotland’s capital.
Skills:
The successful candidate will engage in professionally rewarding work, delivering a first-class service to clients while contributing to the Planning team’s fee income. You will be expected to develop strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities, as well as collaborate effectively with property colleagues across Colliers’ UK offices.
