Job description

Planner Scheduler - Administrator to support the housing stock Surveying team - GBP13.00 per hour 6 week contract (Potential to be extended)

Due to expansion an additional opening for a Planner Scheduler to join the team in Crawley. The successful candidate will work on a full-time,contract basis, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities for the Planner Scheduler role include:

  • Handling calls and scheduling various works
  • Validating each job to ensure the required information is available
  • Managing customer and client relationships
  • Ensuring all regulatory information is updated and logged in real-time with status updates on the internal system

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Previous call handling/scheduling experience
  • Ability to operate a computerised database system
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
