Position: Social Housing Repairs Coordinator

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Hours: 8am - 5pm

Location: Office-based

Type: Ongoing Temp-Perm

Salary: £26,995 per annum (£12.82 per hour PAYE)

Requirements: Previous experience within Social Housing/Repairs

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing calls and system entries
  2. Handling general administration tasks
  3. Planning repairs and maintenance requests with relevant operatives
  4. Ensuring trade skill sets and location parameters are optimized
  5. Liaising with operatives, tenants, and clients
  6. Document control: receiving and checking worksheets
  7. Working towards individual and client KPIs
  8. Managing council and private housing contracts, scheduling routine, essential, and emergency maintenance
  9. Tracking and monitoring work to completion
  10. Coordinating with in-house and third-party engineers, tradesmen, and council operatives for appointments, materials, and logistics
  11. Organizing external supply companies
  12. Ensuring trades are prepared and works are completed on time
  13. Collaborating with stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades in a fast-paced environment
