Daniel Owen is proud to represent a well-known company based in East London, Stratford, seeking a highly skilled Planner/Scheduler to join their team.

The role involves managing the daily workload of Direct Maintenance Technicians to maximize efficiency in Reactive Repairs & Maintenance services, providing key management information for accurate forecasting and planning, and ensuring a high-quality service delivery with a focus on first-time fixes and customer satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience with workforce management and/or telephony systems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Understanding of Service Level dynamics, resource implications, and performance indicators
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce detailed and accurate reports and forecasts
  • Good organizational skills
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Intermediate computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, dynamic scheduling systems)
