Scheduler/Planner - Property services / Social Housing
Housing Repairs & Maintenance

Our client, a local authority based in Basildon, is currently looking for an experienced Scheduler/Planner to join their office support team. The team carries out day to day repairs and maintenance to over 7,500 properties in a fast-paced, busy office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and emails via our portal regarding breakdowns and planned service works
  • Allocate jobs to suitable operatives within allocated areas
  • General administration, including data entry and answering telephone calls; cover as required
  • Organise and manage operatives' diaries
  • Deal with tenant issues and complaints in a professional and friendly way
